$50/month subscription + 12% Nightly Payout

Let us take care of your guests' every whim so you can take care of your business. We'll interface with your guests, make sure your property is properly stocked, and being on-call for any guest or safety emergencies.  

Service includes: Communicating with guests, managing stays, stocking supplies, providing concierge service – all to ensure a 5-star experience. Includes Emergency Co-Hosting. This service does not include meeting with contractors, managing cleaners, or any non-guest related service. If you require full service please look at our Property Management Packages.

How It Works

Add us as a co-host on Airbnb. We'll take it from there. Note: We must be listed as a co-host on your Airbnb platform set up to receive 12% of your payout. If you use platforms other than Airbnb, we will invoice monthly.

If you'd like us to monitor your security camera, please let us know when you schedule so we can make sure we're set up and ready to go.
