I have a property in upper Yucca Valley (Flamingo Heights) and a property in Wonder Valley (29 Palms), so I understand the special needs and challenges of the High Desert market.

My two properties – The Filmmaker's House and The Writer's Cabin (currently off market due to wind blowing the roof off) – are places I created where artists could come and enjoy the quiet inspiration I do every day. I focus on providing items and tools where other creatives can take the time they need away from the rush of city life and perhaps gain a different perspective.

Or at least find some quiet!

I truly enjoy hosting and seem to have a knack for it. My properties average 4.98-stars (meaning they have only had one review less than 5-stars). I've studied the High Desert market at length and feel I've found successful hacks and pricing strategies that work. I am consistently booked over the market average with two properties that are non-luxury homes. (If you've been doing this for a while you know that's no small feat!)

I'm also working on building an online Shop of local items and treasures as well as practical services that guests may opt into for their stays.

I firmly believe in responsible capitalism where fairness and honesty is more important than making as much as I can off my clients. I think there is room for success for everyone and I will manage your property with the care and concern I afford my own.
