Short-term rental cleaning is an art and our cleaners are artists.

Your cleanliness rating is one of the biggest factors in book-ability. We are a premium co-host service who WILL NOT SKIP or SKIMP. Rest assured your floor will get mopped. Every time. And we will stay the entire time you book – even if we're finished the basics.

If your guests were fabulous and we have extra time we're not in the car to the next job. We're catching a few deep cleaning tasks like baseboard, fans, or a cutlery drawer.

In other words: You get what you're paying for.

Our basic rate is $125 for a trailer or cabin up to 400 sqft. If your home is bigger, please select the correct ADD ON to reflect the size of your property.

Need a deep clean? Want to tack on extra time for specific requests? It's easy. Book it online and describe your requests on the in-take form. 

We aim to be reasonable and do not "nickel and dime'  clients. If your home takes longer and was left in reasonable condition, we will get it finished up without extra billing.

We do ask for the same reasonability in return: If there is extensive extra cleaning due to poor guests, we will contact you and request additional time and funds. We do have a hefty premium for bodily fluids. We do not ask cleaners to take care of bio-hazards without appropriate compensation. Thanks for understanding!
